Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to strengthen ITGCs and cloud compliance across our SaaS platforms. You will partner with Security, Cloud Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Product teams to ensure security controls and regulatory alignment in our cloud environments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of IT audit, cybersecurity, or cloud compliance experience. You will drive customer due diligence, contract reviews, and support audits and certifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in IT audit, cybersecurity, or cloud compliance.
Strong knowledge of ITGCs and cloud security principles.
Experience with SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, GDPR, or similar standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate IT General Controls (ITGCs) and security controls for regulatory and contractual alignment.
Collaborate with Security, Cloud Operations, Engineering, Legal, and others to implement controls within cloud environments.
Review customer contracts for cybersecurity, privacy, audit rights, and compliance terms.
Support customer due diligence, security assessments, and data requests.
Assist with external audits and certifications (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).
Develop and maintain compliance policies, standards, and documentation.
Monitor regulatory changes and evolving threats to improve the program.
Advise across the organization on compliance matters.
