Job summary

Compass Group North America seeks a Senior Technology Controls and Compliance Analyst to support a robust regulatory program and strengthen the control framework across IT and business teams.

The role combines regulatory acumen with technical know‑how, driving initiatives to sustain compliant operations while minimizing operational impact. Collaboration with IT, Legal, and Audit will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience combining information security and audit.
• Strong communication across diverse audiences and teams.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with application teams to design controls.
• Design IT General Controls (ITGCs) to meet regulatory requirements.
• Validate ITGCs operations for design and sustainability; maintain docs.
• Identify automation opportunities to validate compliance.
• Support policy updates with IT, Legal, Auditing teams.
• Provide risk mitigation input and dashboard-based reporting.
• Share knowledge with control owners to improve control design.
