Job summary

OneStream is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to protect and improve the security posture of our cloud environment, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. You will help safeguard OneStream's cloud services, corporate information, and customer data by identifying and mitigating risk through proactive security monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management, and secure configuration.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience securing cloud infrastructure and services.
• Experience identifying and mitigating cloud security risks.
• Experience applying security principles to Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience deploying and using security tools like Defender, SIEM, CASB, and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security controls across Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Configure and optimize cloud security solutions (Defender suite).
• Assess security of cloud resources, AKS, and container workloads.
• Lead vulnerability management, prioritization, remediation, validation.
• Develop monitoring, threat detection, and automation using SIEM and KQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with CIS Benchmarks and DISA STIGs.
• Assist with customer security inquiries and security questionnaires.
• Create technical docs, dashboards, alerts, and reports.
