Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience developing IT communications or marketing materials.
• Experience executing communications strategies, plans, and stakeholder outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for audiences with varied technical knowledge.
• Ability to create training videos and conduct training activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including editing and formatting documents.
• Ability to produce professional presentations and briefing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, execute, and manage communications, marketing, and change management activities.
• Develop branding, messaging, and outreach for programs and portals.
• Create audience-tailored content and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support stakeholder outreach with presentations, briefs, white papers, and announcements.
• Assist with web portals and other communications channels maintenance.
