Job summary

Banner Health is hiring an IT Clinical Applications Lab Analyst with Cerner Millennium Pathnet experience to support the Lab IT team. You will analyze security, clinical and business needs, maintain documentation, and help manage laboratory medical device instrumentation within IT projects.

This remote-friendly role offers standard business hours Monday–Friday (AZ time) and allows remote work from designated states.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four to seven years of IT/healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare information systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze security, clinical, business and user needs for lab IT systems.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and testing plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure ITIL-aligned change management and regulatory compliance.
