Job summary

FEDlogic Group is seeking an IT & Business Systems Intern for a fully remote, part-time temporary internship. You will work with the Director of IT & Business Systems and COO, supporting cloud-based operations, CRM data quality, security compliance, and employee support.

You will help with onboarding, Salesforce/HubSpot data cleanup, user management, and documenting processes while gaining hands-on experience in IT and business systems within a growing, remote organization.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree or certificate program in Information Technology or related field.
• Working knowledge of common business software and cloud platforms, CRM systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with data.
• Clear written and verbal communication to nontechnical colleagues.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with competing deadlines.
• Professional judgment handling confidential information.
• Reliable internet and suitable remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to a fully remote workforce, including troubleshooting and account access.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding including laptop prep and access changes.
• Support Salesforce and HubSpot data cleanup and improve data consistency.
• Maintain user access records for client reporting portal with other teams.
• Assist with Google Workspace administration and user management.
• Document processes and write how-to guides; maintain SOPs.
• Support security/compliance efforts including SOC 2 data collection and access reviews.
• Track IT assets and maintain device inventory.
