Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on IT Business Systems Analyst to support Finance and G&A systems, focusing on SAP Concur and/or ADP Workforce Now. This fully remote, contract role offers 6 months with potential extension and pays $49-$59 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in business analysis or project management, strong stakeholder management, and experience coordinating multiple projects while producing clear requirements documentation and resolving system issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BA/BS Analyst or PM experience.
• Experience with SAP Concur or ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience creating requirements documentation.
• Experience resolving system tickets and production issues.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Coordinate stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions.
• Develop functional and technical requirements documentation.
• Create process flows, workflow diagrams, and user stories.
• Support solution design and implementation planning.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.
• Track milestones, issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment and change management.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
