Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is seeking a hands-on Concur Administrator / Business Systems Analyst to support SAP Concur and other enterprise applications. This contract role is remote with PST hours and requires proactive problem-solving.

You will manage user onboarding, configurations, reporting, and Tier 1–3 support, collaborating with MSPs and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on SAP Concur administration experience (user management, configuration, and application support).
• 3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.

Responsabilités

• Administer and support SAP Concur, including user onboarding, offboarding, configurations, and application changes.
• Create, extract, and maintain reports within Concur to support business needs.
• Troubleshoot application issues, integrations, and Tier 1–3 support tickets.
• Coordinate with SAP Concur support and MSPs to resolve issues.
• Provide administration and support for additional enterprise applications as needed.
