Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking an IT Business Process Analyst to join our Corporate Enterprise Systems Team. This role analyzes, documents, and optimizes business processes and enterprise applications, with a primary focus on the Costpoint Content Management Interface (CMI) and end user accessibility support (remote access, mobile app, etc).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow documentation, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems in a cross-functional corporate environment.
• Knowledge of SDLC, change management, and testing methodologies.
• Experience facilitating discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and improve business processes related to enterprise applications and the CMI & Remote Access environment.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Serve as a primary technical support contact and ticket queue manager for the EST - Technical team.
• Work with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology-driven solutions.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications and related business processes.
• Coordinate and participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of business requirements.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and help resolve application and process-related issues.
