Job summary

KBR is seeking an Enterprise Application Support Technician to strengthen the Corporate EST for core financial systems, including Deltek Costpoint and related tools. You will act as the front-line support and queue manager, handling escalations and enabling smooth operation of ERP and data integration processes.

You will cross-train with senior staff, support upgrades, and participate in implementations while pursuing growth toward administration or architecture roles within the enterprise

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or equivalent technical experience.
• 2+ years of IT support, application administration, or related highly-technical role.
• Demonstrated, logical troubleshooting skills to diagnose complex software or integration issues.
• Experience supporting enterprise-grade applications or ERP systems (Deltek Costpoint highly preferred).
• Foundational SQL/query/API/interface knowledge and system access troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical support contact and ticket queue manager for Costpoint, RFgen, Bloomberg Tax, and related apps.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-level issues and routine system errors.
• Perform root cause analysis across network, database, and application layers before escalation.
• Monitor interface health, scheduled jobs, and data pipelines to identify failures.
• Assist with enterprise application upgrades, SaaS readiness, and system release management.
• Execute and validate testing during ERP upgrades and config changes.
• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams on integrations and workflow automations.
