Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote Enterprise Strategy & Planning specialist to support TBM/Apptio cost transparency, planning, and TBM Studio activities. You will work with IT and business units to capture requirements, interview stakeholders, and translate needs into actionable TBM solutions.

Responsibilities include configuring TBM Studio, benchmarking data handling, and ensuring data quality, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cost transparency and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field is required.
• 3 years of information systems experience including TBM/Apptio.
• Experience with cost transparency, planning and TBM reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Apptio TBM Studio configuration, maintenance and data quality.
• Assist benchmarking and survey management, data collection and submission.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to define business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to define functional specs.
• Create business process mappings showing system interdependencies.
• Translate business needs into TBM/Apptio solutions and deliverables.
• Support business relationship management and portfolio planning.
• Maintain relationships with IT, business and external partners.
