Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote Strategy & Planning Analyst with a strong TBM background. You will support cost transparency, planning and TBM reporting using Apptio TBM Studio, partnering with IT and business units to shape technology-related business cases.

You will collect benchmarks, conduct analyses, and translate requirements into actionable specifications while maintaining cross-functional relationships and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in information systems with business applications analysis.
• Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.
• Knowledge of TBM and Apptio for cost transparency, planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and enhance Apptio TBM Studio and related TBM tools.
• Collect, validate and submit benchmark and survey data for leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to define business cases and requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and process mappings.
• Support in business relationship management, portfolio/demand planning.
• Maintain relationships across IT, business, and external partners.
• Mentor junior team members and share TBM best practices.
• Balance multiple tasks and deadlines while adopting latest TBM practices.
