You will liaise between business users and technical teams, troubleshoot application issues, and support testing and status reporting. The role offers multiple grade levels and competitive salary ranges, with remote work options up to 40% and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology or related area or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing.
• Experience with BI and Reporting Tools.
• Strong communication and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of business processes and enterprise applications to provide effective support.
• Work with business customers to demonstrate changes and address needs.
• Conduct gap analysis between applications and user requirements and estimate project impact.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements including business rules and data mapping.
• Collaborate with QA and technical teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Develop functional test plans, test cases, and user guides; participate in UAT.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations; support ongoing enhancements.
