Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, or related field with 3 years of experience.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree in a related field with 1 year of experience.
• Experience with SQL, HTML, and CSS scripting.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Power Apps, and Smartsheet.
• MS Office products: Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
• Development of standard documentation including requirements specs, use cases, and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the software development cycle from requirements to delivery of tools.
• Define system requirements and design approach with IT stakeholders.
• Train users and provide one-on-one technical assistance.
• Lead weekly status updates, delegate tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Support data integrity and assist with Power BI migration testing.
