Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology or related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with user requirements elicitation and documentation; strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of business processes and enterprise applications to provide effective support.
• Work with business customers to demonstrate changes and ensure needs are addressed.
• Conduct gap analysis between applications and user requirements and estimate project impact.
• Document requirements including rules, workflows, interfaces, reports, data mappings.
• Collaborate with QA and technical teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Develop functional test plans and participate in UAT.
• Lead planning for new releases of business applications.
• Create dashboards, reports and presentations.
