Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. seeks a Power Supply Analyst to support contract administration for renewable, storage and conventional power purchase agreements. You will monitor milestones, interpret terms, and ensure compliance with Tri-State policies, while providing analytics for settlements and reporting.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of utility or energy operations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective business partnerships.
• Ability to research and analyze complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel; MS Teams/SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract administration support for renewable, storage and conventional PPAs and related contracts to ensure compliance.
• Analyze power supplies for settlements, obligations, and program analytics.
• Administer contracts to implement Tri-State policies (Board Policy Nos. 115 and 117).
• Provide ad hoc reports and analytics related to power supply compliance and wholesale markets data.
• Support development of Tri-State’s Electric Resource Plan and Bring Your Own Resource program.
