Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience gathering requirements and documenting workflows.
• Enterprise level experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote).
• Experience creating process flows (Visio or similar tools).

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Support change requests, enhancements, and project initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Provide production support, issue investigation, and root cause analysis.
• Track requirements and project progress through the project lifecycle.
• Review test plans and validate solutions against requirements.
• Research and recommend solutions based on business and data analysis.
• Develop knowledge of healthcare payer systems and technologies.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
