Washington State Health Care Authority is seeking an IT Business Analyst - Entry for a full-time, remote role with occasional in-person meetings in Olympia. The role focuses on documenting and translating business requirements into technical designs, prioritizing stakeholder needs, and supporting SDLC processes across the agency.

You will work with partners and technical staff to deliver solutions, while ensuring equity and compliance with state policies.

• Demonstrated ability to ensure stakeholders’ IT needs are understood and captured.
• Understanding of IT usability SDLC and user-centered analysis.
• Identify stakeholders and select IT BA techniques.
• Assess IT solutions to meet business needs.
• Identify gaps and propose workable changes to solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to understand complex IT needs and environment.

Responsabilidades

• Document business requirements, rules, and logic and translate into technical requirements and design specs.
• Solicit prioritization of requirements for systems, data, or processes.
• Develop use cases and user stories and help prioritize requirements.
• Communicate technical information to customer groups clearly.
• Review solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and advise on design.
• Coordinate with IT and business staff through development and implementation to ensure end-products meet needs.
