Job summary

CIAT is seeking an IT Certification Bootcamp Instructor to deliver synchronous online courses on AWS Cloud Practitioner. The role supports adult learners nationwide and requires current IT certifications and instructional design experience.

The position is remote with variable hours, including evenings and weekends as needed, and reports to the VP of Education. Expected to maintain accreditation-ready instructional quality and a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Certification bootcamp experience required or preferred
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and curriculum development

Responsibilities

• Teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams
• Schedule evening/weekend classes per course calendar
• Plan and organize instruction optimizing student learning
• Align instruction with adult learner framework and certification readiness
• Update and adapt curriculum to keep it current
• Ensure student data and FERPA compliance
• Deliver engaging lessons and assessment opportunities
