Premise Health is hiring an IT Asset Management Administrator to oversee the lifecycle of assets in a distributed healthcare environment. You will maintain accurate records, support audits, and enable cost control while collaborating with IT teams.

The role emphasizes data integrity, compliance with HIPAA/HITRUST, and the use of ITAM tools like ServiceNow. This is a full-time, remote position with comprehensive benefits for employees and dependents.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT asset management or related IT operations.
• Working knowledge of ITAM tools (ServiceNow, SCCM, JAMF, Lansweeper).
• Understanding of IT hardware lifecycle, inventory control, and asset tracking practices.
• Familiarity with procurement workflows and asset tagging standards.
• ITIL Foundation or ITAM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day lifecycle management of IT assets including procurement intake and retirement activities.
• Maintain asset records in ITAM systems (e.g., ServiceNow) for data integrity.
• Reconcile inventories with Service Desk and other teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support IT asset audits, regulatory requirements, and reporting.
• Track asset utilization and depreciation data for financial reporting.
• Generate operational reports and dashboards on inventory and lifecycle status.
• Follow ITAM processes and contribute to process improvements.
• Provide customer support and act as a point of contact for asset inquiries.
