Job summary

Revolution Technologies is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst in the Health Information Systems (HIS) department. You will manage hardware and software assets, ensure vendor contract compliance, and optimize procurement strategies while maintaining CMDB accuracy.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with procurement, finance, IT operations, and security teams. A regulated healthcare setting requires strong compliance and data analytics to drive strategic improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT Asset Management experience in healthcare or large organizations.
• Familiar with IT asset lifecycle, procurement, disposal, and software licenses.
• Experience with CMDB administration and ITIL framework.
• Proficient with asset management tools such as ServiceNow and FreshService.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full IT asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal for hardware and software assets.
• Maintain accurate inventory of assets including licenses and maintenance contracts.
• Administer CMDB and ensure data accuracy per ITSM standards.
• Develop and improve asset management processes, tagging, tracking, and audits.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, IT operations, and security teams on asset strategies.
