Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an IT Asset & CMDB Coordinator to support IT inventory and asset-management activities across End User Computing and Datacenter environments. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining accurate CMDB records, reviewing inventory data, identifying discrepancies, and producing basic asset-management reports in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with IT asset records, and able to follow established processes

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT asset management and CMDB administration.
• Familiarity with CMDB concepts and IT asset records.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow documented processes in a remote environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar CMDB/ITSM platform.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update IT asset and inventory records in CMDB.
• Review CMDB data for accuracy and completeness.
• Support inventory management for End User Computing and Datacenter assets.
• Assist with deployment and equipment retrieval reporting.
• Perform basic data analysis and reconciliation of asset records.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve data-quality issues.
• Prepare asset-management instructions and reports.
• Manage asset-tag records and AD/CMDB entries.
