Advocate Health is seeking an IT Analytics Solution Architect to define and drive the strategic direction of analytics across the enterprise. You will guide development teams toward scalable, secure solutions using Epic Cogito, Caboodle/Clarity, and BI tools like Power BI and Snowflake.

The role emphasizes governance, RBAC security, and a federated development model, with no on-call responsibilities and eligibility for an Annual Incentive Plan.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in IT/data or analytics roles; 3+ years in analytics architecture/enterprise reporting in healthcare.
• Epic Cogito or Caboodle/Clarity experience; strong BI tooling knowledge (Power BI, Snowflake).

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead enterprise-wide analytics strategy.
• Architect scalable, secure analytics across Epic Cogito, BI tools and cloud platforms.
• Mentor analysts and enable full-stack development; enforce DevOps practices.
