Job summary

Aurora Health Care seeks an IT Analytics Solution Architect to define and drive the technical direction of analytics platforms across the enterprise footprint, with focus on Epic Cogito and modern tooling. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on architectural influence to create scalable, governed analytics solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
Epic certifications appropriate to job function; Cogito, Cogito Tools Administration, Cogito Project Manager, or Caboodle/Clarity certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and lead enterprise-wide technical strategy for operational analytics platforms.
Architect scalable, secure analytics solutions across Epic Cogito, BI tools, and cloud data platforms.
Mentor analysts and enable full-stack development capabilities.
Implement standardized DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for analytics development and deployment.
