Job summary

Everforth ECSis seeking an Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) Coordinator to support ARPA-H from remote locations. You will help shape research and development concepts, programs, and solutions, and integrate healthcare ecosystem processes and enabling technologies to expand the agency’s capabilities.

The role requires coordinating with government program managers and stakeholders, plus managing solicitations, ISO proposals, and evaluations, while ensuring timely delivery and clear, effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years or more work experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of Contracting and/or Procurement, preferably in government or research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and administration of ARPA-H programs and projects for a Mission Office portfolio, including solicitations and documents.
• Manage ISO proposals; track negotiations and cost proposals.
• Coordinate within the Mission Office and ARPA-H for technical evaluations and cost proposals.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, contracting officers, IT professionals, and other advisors; communicate complex processes clearly.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to drive the portfolio forward.
