Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in West Palm Beach seeks a Medical Coding Professional 2 to provide coding expertise and risk adjustment support for IPA affiliates. You will be the primary coding resource for assigned providers, ensuring documentation supports accurate diagnoses and compliant coding while collaborating with STARS leaders.

Responsibilities include quarterly chart reviews, education delivery, coding workflows, and real-time helpdesk participation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of risk adjustment medical coding or risk adjustment provider education.
• Intermediate/advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• CCS, CRC, or CPC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary coding and documentation resource for assigned IPA providers.
• Deliver targeted education based on provider trends and coding analytics.
• Support daily operations of coding tools and assist providers with workflows.
