Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in risk adjustment medical coding or provider education.
• Strong communication skills for effective engagement.
• Intermediate/advanced MS Office competency.

Responsibilities

• Provide coding expertise and consultative support to IPA providers.
• Conduct quarterly chart reviews to evaluate coding accuracy.
• Participate in daily coder helpdesk for real-time support.
