Savant IP Paralegal Services LLC is seeking an experienced IP paralegal for a permanent remote role, billing approximately 20-30 hours per week. You will support attorneys with patent prosecution, docketing, and client communications while maintaining high accuracy and deadlines.

Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work here. A bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate and 10+ years IP paralegal experience are preferred. Equipment provided and retirement benefits offered.

• Comprehensive patent prosecution support for U.S. and international filings.

Responsabilités

• Proactively manage and review docket deadlines and communicate with clients.
• Prepare and file applications and prosecution documents through IP platforms (ePCT, Patent Center, TEAS).
• Coordinate with foreign and outside counsel and maintain client communications.
• Contribute to process improvements within Savant IP.
