Job summary

• Minimum 5 years of IP paralegal or docketing experience.
• Strong IP docketing and deadline management skills.
• Experience maintaining patent/trademark prosecution dockets.
• Ability to calendar and track USPTO and international deadlines.
• Experience with USPTO, WIPO, foreign associates and outside counsel deadlines.
• Familiarity with electronic filing systems and IP docketing software.
• Strong document management and accurate recordkeeping.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
