Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years in product validation or quality engineering.
• Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional programs.
• Experience validating embedded/IoT devices and CV-focused systems.
• Ability to define validation strategies, plans, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Test & Validation team, ensuring ownership and accountability.
• Own end-to-end validation across hardware, firmware, software, cloud, and connectivity.
• Define validation plans, test coverage, and release criteria with R&D teams.
• Ensure system integration testing for onboarding, telemetry, data flow, and workflows.
• Monitor product performance against quality and reliability metrics; identify trends.
• Perform structured root-cause analysis; drive issue resolution across teams.
• Produce validation dashboards and executive reports on progress and risks.
• Lead final validation reviews and Go/No-Go decisions for pilots and deployments.
