Qualifications

• Licensed professional in Ohio (LPCC/LISW/IMFT).
• Minimum 2 years’ therapy experience with SUD.
• At least 1 year in IOP/PHP settings.
• Addiction counseling certification a plus.
• Telehealth platforms experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SUD diagnoses and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Utilize CBT, MI, and DBT to support recovery.
• Collaborate with clinic team to implement care plans.
• Assist in crisis intervention and care coordination.
• Maintain timely documentation compliant with guidelines.
