Steadfast Health, Inc. is seeking a Virtual Mental Health Therapist (SUD) to provide telehealth services with a flexible schedule. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week remote role includes evening coverage (5:00–8:00 PM ET) and daytime hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Two years of experience providing therapy to individuals with substance use disorders.
• One year of experience providing therapy in an IOP or PHP setting.
• Licensure as LPCC/LISW/IMFT in Ohio; addiction counseling certification a plus.
• Experience using telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group therapy for patients with substance use disorders via telehealth.
• Develop biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize CBT, MI, and DBT to support recovery.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to implement care plans and coordinate higher levels of care when needed.
• Maintain timely documentation in compliance with guidelines.
• Educate patients and families on SUD and available resources.
• Participate in regular case consultations and ongoing training.
