Steadfast Health is hiring a Remote IOP Mental Health Therapist (SUD) with a flexible schedule. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week remote role requires evening coverage Mon–Thu 5:00–8:00 PM ET and daytime hours Monday–Friday 9a–5p.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy for SUD with high-quality, patient-centered care. Benefit from a predictable base salary with a monthly incentive, robust non-billable time for documentation and supervision, and in-house billing support.

Formación

• Licensed in Ohio as LPCC, LISW, or IMFT.
• Minimum 2 years' experience treating substance use disorders.
• At least 1 year of therapy in an IOP, PHP, or comparable setting.
• Telehealth delivery experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group therapy for SUD via telehealth.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-based modalities (CBT, MI, DBT) to support recovery.
• Collaborate with clinic team to implement integrated care plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with guidelines.
