Job summary

Steadfast Health is seeking a Virtual Mental Health Therapist specializing in substance use disorders. The role is fully remote with a 40-hour schedule, including evenings 5:00–8:00 PM ET and daytime hours 9:00–5:00, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional with SUD therapy experience.
• Must hold LPCC/LISW license in Ohio or equivalent.
• Experience with telehealth and virtual care delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for patients with SUD via telehealth.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize CBT, MI, and DBT as evidence-based modalities.
• Collaborate with care teams to execute patient plans and coordinate higher levels of care when needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation in line with guidelines and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education and contribute to program development.
