Job summary

NOCD is a leading telehealth provider for OCD treatment, offering online therapy via our national network of licensed clinicians. We seek a highly skilled ERP/ACT clinician to deliver intensive virtual care for high-acuity OCD, including group and individual sessions, across time zones.

The role requires advanced CBT/ERP/ACT training, strong crisis management, excellent documentation, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary virtual team. Remote work across the U.S. is available.

Qualifications

• Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state.
• Master's degree in psychology or a related field.
• Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or equivalent in California.
• Experience with CBT, ERP, ACT, HRT, and PE in high-acuity OCD treatment.
• Ability to deliver structured individual and group therapy in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations virtually for Intensive program candidates.
• Treat high-acuity OCD using CBT, ERP, ACT, HRT, Motivational interviewing and PE.
• Provide individual and group therapy in a virtual setting with a team approach to clinical and administrative functions.
• Maintain ongoing case management and ensure continuity between members, clinicians, external providers and support systems.
• Ongoing safety assessment and risk management per protocol.
