Actalent is seeking an Invoice Specialist to review, reconcile, and process invoices and POs, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance. You will identify discrepancies, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and maintain well-organized financial records.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement of reconciliation processes. The position is contract-based and remotely located, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and timely payments within standard governance

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile invoices with POs and receipts adhering to policies.
• Verify pricing, quantities, and terms; resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Process approved invoices for payment following procedures and timelines.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, POs, and supporting docs.
• Prepare reports on invoice reconciliation activities.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up for timely payments.
• Identify and implement process improvements in reconciliation.
• Support accounts payable and reconciliation activities as needed.
