Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services, part of The Carrington Companies, is seeking an Default Invoice Coordinator I to review vendor invoices, ensure accuracy, and process payments efficiently from a remote home-based setting.

You will confirm invoices align with agency and company limits, check supporting docs, and resolve discrepancies while staying current on FHA/VA/USDA servicing requirements and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months to one (1) year of billing/invoicing experience preferred.
• Default Mortgage Servicing experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for compliance with agency/company allowable amounts.
• Verify supporting documents reflect actual work completed.
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of servicing requirements.
