Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Default Invoice Coordinator I to review vendor invoices and ensure work completed aligns with agency and company guidelines. You will perform reconciliations to verify validity and accuracy, while adhering to FHA, VA, USDA, PMI, FNMA, and FHLMC servicing requirements.

This remote role offers pay from $20.00 to $21.50 per hour, a path for growth, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices for approval and ensure compliance with allowable amounts.
• Verify supporting documentation reflects actual work completed.
• Meet invoice processing deadlines and department goals.
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Keep up to date on servicing requirements (FHA, VA, USDA, PMI, FNMA, FHLMC).
• Use critical thinking to identify red flags and escalate as needed.
• Plan and schedule work to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Adhere to policies and learn new skills as required.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
