Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking an Investment Team Senior Associate to join the North American team. The role focuses on deal evaluation and execution, supporting SME acquisitions, and aiding searchers seeking opportunities in North America.

You will develop financial models, advise on structuring transactions, and coordinate with senior team members to ensure timely progress and deliverables. This is a fully remote, international role based in North America.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or investment fund
• Strong accounting, finance, and M&A knowledge
• Excellent written and spoken communication with investors, searchers, and sellers

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, structure, and execute M&A transactions with NCA searchers.
• Develop and own financial models for potential deals.
• Communicate project progress to senior team members and deadlines.
• Review and develop legal documentation for potential transactions.
• Oversee deal memoranda and due diligence work streams.
• Present analyses to investors and internal teams.
• Help establish best practices for the Investments Team and searchers.
• Represent NCA to investors, sellers, and advisors during deal processes.
• Monitor reports for North American portfolio companies and support value-creation initiatives.
