Novastone Capital Advisors seeks an Investment Team Senior Associate to join the North American team, responsible for deal evaluation and execution, and for supporting searchers actively seeking SMEs to acquire. The role involves building financial models, guiding due diligence, and coordinating with senior Investment Team members on progress and deadlines.

You will communicate with investors, sellers, and advisors, oversee deal memoranda, and contribute to governance and value-creation

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or investment funds.
• Bachelor's degree in a directly relevant field.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to own tasks amid ambiguity.
• Solid understanding of accounting, finance and M&A transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with investors, searchers and sellers.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on evaluating, structuring and executing M&A transactions for NCA searchers.
• Develop and own financial models for potential transactions.
• Communicate progress and deadlines to senior team members.
• Review legal documentation and deal memoranda with senior staff.
• Oversee due diligence streams and present analyses to investors.
• Contribute to best practices for the Investments Team and searchers.
• Represent NCA to investors, sellers, and advisors in the deal process.
• Monitor reports for North American portfolio companies and assist value creation.
