Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Customer Service professional to support Financial Professionals nationwide. This remote, full-time role focuses on compliance checks, documentation, and delivering top-tier service, enabling brokers to operate effectively.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication, and detail-oriented skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with health and retirement benefits part of the total compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of related experience.
• FINRA licenses (Series 7 & 24) preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Validate client documents for compliance, completeness, and accuracy.
• Provide high-level service and responsiveness to customers.
• Support Investment Executives and verify compliance of transactions and documentation.
• Maintain electronic client files on web-based systems.
• Assist with policy updates based on regulatory changes.
• Perform duties to ensure timely, accurate execution of trades.
