Job summary

BMO Financial Group is hiring a BIS Investment Service Specialist to deliver superior client service in a remote, salaried role. You will be the first point of contact for client inquiries, handle account questions, and execute trades while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

You will identify opportunities to refer clients to Financial Advisors and internal partners, manage transfers and updates, and maintain client records with precision to strengthen loyalty and growth in the wealth services

Qualifications

• 2–3 years customer service in financial planning, securities or insurance
• SIE, Series 7, 66 required
• Series 65 within 6 months of employment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis on finance or economics
• Knowledge of financial planning processes and investment products

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from clients professionally within service levels
• Execute trades on client accounts when requested
• Facilitate asset transfers and maintain accounts
• Provide information on accounts, products and transaction status
• Assist with online trade execution and basic tech support
• Process account openings and maintenance documentation
• Use CRM to track activities and contacts
• Identify referrals to Financial Advisors and internal partners
• Participate in outbound campaigns to grow the investment business
• Maintain accurate client records and transaction history
