Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking an Investment Service Specialist to deliver exceptional client service, handle account queries, and process trade and transfer requests. You will act as a bridge to BIS Financial Advisors and internal partners, expanding client relationships while maintaining compliance.

The role emphasizes service excellence, risk awareness, and accurate record-keeping across a remote support model with a Monday–Friday schedule in the Central Time zone.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service in financial planning, securities or insurance.
• Valid SIE, Series 7, 66 (or 65+63) required; Series 65 within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s in finance/economics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of markets and investment products.
• High integrity and clean U-4.

Responsibilities

• Handle service calls and emails within defined service levels.
• Provide account management and trade/transfer support.
• Open and maintain accounts with accurate documentation.
• Use CRM to track activities and contacts.
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to Financial Advisors.
• Support outbound investment campaigns.
