The role emphasizes 70% service and 30% risk management, requiring active SIE, Series 7/66 (or 65+63) licenses and a finance-oriented degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years customer-service experience in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis on finance or economics.
• SIE, Series 7, 66 (or 65+63) required; Series 65 within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Service incoming calls and emails from clients professionally within SLAs.
• Execute trades on client account open requests and facilitate transfers.
• Provide information on accounts, products and transaction status.
• Assist with online navigation and basic technical support for Wealth websites.
• Uncover referral opportunities to Financial Advisors and internal partners.
