Job summary

The BMO Investment Services (BIS) Investment Service Specialist delivers a superior client service experience as the primary contact for accounts. You will handle inquiries, assist with password resets, account openings, transfers, and provide quotes and navigation assistance on Wealth platforms.

Role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to identify referral opportunities to Financial Advisors. SIE and Series 7/66 are preferred; a finance/economics degree is desirable.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years customer service experience in financial planning, securities, or insurance
• SIE, Series 7, 66 (or 65+63) active
• Series 65 within 6 months of employment

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries and account maintenance
• Process trades and asset transfers
• Provide online and general information on accounts and products
• Refer opportunities to Financial Advisors and internal partners
• Maintain client records and complete required documentation
