Ethos is seeking experienced investment analysts to help train AI models on professional finance documents. This fully remote, ongoing engagement focuses on valuation, credit analysis, and equity research with 5+ years of direct model ownership. Expect precise, high-quality outputs across DCF, comps, LBOs, and risk memos.

Work 5–20 hours weekly (or more if desired) at $100/hr, with up to $2,000 per week in compensation. Start date ASAP; compensation is performance-based and location-flexible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models
• Deep fluency in credit risk assessment, covenant analysis, and investment committee memo writing for institutional stakeholders
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

• Develop and refine AI-generated investment documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Create, evaluate, and refine valuation workflows including DCF, comps, and LBO models
• Produce clear, concise memos for investment committees and stakeholders
