Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced investment analysts to help train AI models on professional finance documents. This fully remote, ongoing engagement focuses on valuation, credit analysis, and equity research with 5+ years of direct model ownership. Expect precise, high-quality outputs across DCF, comps, LBOs, and risk memos.

Work 5–20 hours weekly (or more if desired) at $100/hr, with up to $2,000 per week in compensation. Start date ASAP; compensation is performance-based and location-flexible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models
• Deep fluency in credit risk assessment, covenant analysis, and investment committee memo writing for institutional stakeholders
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay: $100/hr, up to $2.0k/week

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced investment analysts who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.We're looking for valuation and credit professionals with 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: discounted cash flow valuation models, comparable company trading analyses, credit risk memos, leveraged buyout models, covenant compliance summaries, and investment committee memos.
Compensation: $100/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
