Ethos is seeking experienced heads of credit risk to help train a leading foundational AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Candidates should have 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models.

This fully remote role offers $100/hour with flexible, 5-20 hours per week and an ASAP start date. The engagement focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated business documents

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models.
• Deep fluency in credit risk assessment, covenant analysis, and investment committee memo writing for institutional stakeholders.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
