Ethos is seeking experienced credit analysts to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs using DCF, trading comps, and LBO concepts to improve accuracy and usefulness.

This is a fully remote, flexible role with an initial commitment of 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start. Strong written communication and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models.
