Eliassen Group is seeking an Investment Accounting Senior Manager to lead the investment reporting team for monthly and quarterly closes. This remote role requires strong command of US GAAP and US statutory reporting, and you will ensure timely balance sheet reconciliations and high-quality deliverables.

You will oversee a team of accountants, coordinate with auditors, implement process improvements, and maintain reporting controls while partnering with internal stakeholders to meet reporting

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with investment accounting under US GAAP and US statutory reporting.
• Proven leadership of month-end and quarter-end reporting cycles.
• Hands-on experience performing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience supervising an accounting or reporting team.
• Strong proficiency with accounting systems and spreadsheet analysis.
